Diamond (face) (Common)
A simple diamond at the center of the face (can be moved up or down vertically within reason but should not be on the nose)
Dutch (face) (Common)
A typically light marking (but can be dark). Covers from the bottom of the upper lip, tapering to a point on the forehead. Similar to a dutch rabbit.
Eartips (face) (Common)
Colored markings lining the tips of the ears.
Eyebrow (face) (Common)
Eyebrow-like markings between the eyes. Can appear in a variety of shapes.
Eyering (face) (Common)
Rings of color beneath or above the eye, distinct from the base color of the face. May also make a complete ring around the eye. As shown below.

Eyestripe (face) (Common)
A stripe running from the eye to the bottom of the face. This marking can appear in a few different ways as long as this main rule is followed.

Fox (face) (Common)
A light face marking running from the muzzle through the cheek, reminiscent of a red fox.
Freckle (face) (Common)
Small spots dotting the cheeks. May also cover part of the snout.
Furrow (face) (Common)
A furrowed marking in the center of the face. Can be moved up or down vertically but must resemble a "down" pointing arrow.
Moo (face)(sono) (Common)
A sono-exclusive facial marking which resembles the bepotelkh "standard" marking, but includes the lower lip, similar to the face of a cow. This marking is typically darker than the base face color.
Nosebridge (face) (Common)
A tear-shaped dark marking with a white outline which covers the nose. The dark portion reaches the bottom of the upper lip. Similar to the markings of a white-tailed deer (Odocoileus virginianus)
Quail (face)(sono) (Common)
A sonoelkh-exclusive facial marking that resembles the face of a gambel's quail. The marking is always a darker shade with a lighter ring on the outside cheek and a light eyelid.
Standard (face) (Common)
A dark, lobed marking covering the nose down to the bottom of the upper lip.
Valentine (face) (Common)
An almost heart-shaped marking covering most of the face.
Weiro (face) (Common)
A round circle on the cheek- reminiscent of a cockatiel.
