Juhla's a party animal who is not above plunging into the bog from the boardwalk, but is somehow also very snooty about tea. He will convince you that he very much knows what he's talking about, but then when you go to sample tea with him, you notice he's just eating the tea dry and using incorrect terms to describe the flavor notes. Fortunately, he's still genuinely knowledgeable about Glimworm Gulch and good at showing newcomers around.
