2024 Yule Art ExChange!  ~sign-ups closed~

Secret Santa art exchange sign-ups are now open! 

Instructions:

• Please read the instructions and fill out your form carefully! Sign-ups end Monday November 25th.

• Once you are assigned your person, make your gift by December 21st. All art pieces (traditonal or digital) must be colored, pixel art must be at least 100x100px. Art does not have to be full-body but please put love into your entry as this is a gift giving event!

• Please make sure you link to your character's profile (either on site or Toyhouse) and be sure your TH is visible to everyone if linked.
  
  

• Please only enter this event if you believe you can finish and deliver your piece on time. If you realize you can't finish in time, please let Nopalrabbit know as soon as possible so we can find a backup artist! (And if you'd like to volunteer as a backup artist please let Nopal know!)

• Give your gifts out starting DECEMBER 21st until DECEMBER 31st. There will be a reminder in the discord! Make sure you directly message your secret santa with their gift! (or reply to their comment in this post), You may also submit your entry to the Yule Exchange sub-gallery (not until Dec 21st tho!). On December 21st the Yule Exchange turn-in prompt will open under the limited prompts category where you can turn in your entry for your rewards!

  • Remember, this event is about gift giving, people may be shy or busy around the holidays and not give an immediate reply to your gift! This does not mean the receiver is not grateful. If you are not okay with this please do not enter the secret santa.

• There will be an exclusive in-game goodie bag gift with an exclusive companion for participants in addition to gilde awards (see currency guide for gilde breakdown)
